Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

All the orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after placing. (Monday - Friday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email/mobile number. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 7-10 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.

Undelivered Items

In the event that your order is not delivered, either due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at our shipping facility.  You will be contacted once we receive the undelivered product.

Refund, Returns and Exchange

We follow a strict no return policy. For replacement or size exchange, you can reach out to us on our Instagram page itself. A nominal fee (to cover shipping cost) may be charged for exchange requests. If you need any help with it, feel free to reach out at our Instagram handle - @nightgang.store

Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture of the product and DM us at @nightgang.store within 2 days of delivery.
