Returns & Exchanges

We have a no-return policy. All our prints are standard DTF prints with no compromise on quality. Reach out to us on the same day of receiving the parcel if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For Size-Related Issue: Customers are requested to check the size chart before ordering, as we have provided the details on the product page. For Exchange Request, the customer will be charged for the courier charges. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can place an exchange request only once.

You will have to contact us on the same day you received your parcel to place an exchange request as well.
